Information you choose to share
An inquiry may include your name, email, optional phone number, property address, plans and message. Use the form only for information relevant to your real estate question. Do not submit account numbers, identity documents or other sensitive financial records.
How inquiries are used
Contact information is used to respond to your request and discuss the real estate services you asked about. An inquiry does not subscribe you to an unrelated marketing program. If you contact Sylva by email or telephone, the providers used for that communication also process the information.
Online delivery and email preparation
The form checks whether online delivery is connected. When it is not connected, the site prepares an email link on your device; it does not send or save that draft on a site server. You choose whether to open your email application and send the message. When online delivery is available, the form sends your inquiry to the configured contact service and reports success only after that service accepts it.
Service providers and technical data
Hosting and security providers may process technical request information to operate and protect the site. If online delivery is enabled, the contact service receives the inquiry and a spam-prevention service may process technical information to verify the submission. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.
Optional analytics
Optional analytics are off unless configured and you choose to allow them. If enabled, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or Meta Pixel may measure site use. The site’s own event hooks do not intentionally include form contents or contact information. Your analytics choice is stored in this browser. Use Analytics choices when displayed to clear the choice and reload the site.
Retention and your choices
Information in email or a connected contact service may be retained as needed for the inquiry, the professional relationship and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Ask Sylva about access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained. No single retention period is promised for all types of records.
Questions and updates
Contact Sylva using the email or phone in the footer with privacy questions. This notice will be updated if the site’s services or practices change. Effective September 13, 2026.
